Ah, welcome, welcome. Come in, you needn't be frightened. I'm not going to hurt you.
I gather you've never visited a kestra'chern before? Well, make yourself comfortable, I'll pour some tea, and try to explain. Is mint-lavendar alright?
Comfortable? Good. I suppose I should begin with what a kestra'chern is? Mm. Well, a kestra'chern is a special sort of Healer, in that instead of flesh and bone, we focus on healing hearts and minds. We do what we can for flesh and bone as well, but that's just to further general health and happiness.
I'm afraid you may have heard a few things about us that aren't quite true. Some of the rumors paint kestra'chern as nothing more than expensive and exotic perchi. While we do use all the arts of the body to bring our cilents healing, we are no sort of whore. Or had you not heard those rumors? Ah. Yes, we do make use of our talents in bed, when they are needed, but it is not the client, nor even the kestra'chern who decides when and if that will happen.
Our first duty is to the needs of the client, whatever they may be. Though they aren't the sort of things rumors are built of, it is more common for kestra'chern to use massage, herbal treatments, touchpoints, oils, and the like in the pursuit of our art. Does that do any to put your mind at ease?
